Today is day 8 of the writing challenge and instead of writing, I'm choosing to take a pause. It's ironic even where today's challenge is about waiting - something we have ALL had a lot of practice with this past year.
I'll be picking up with Day 8 tomorrow, and let me tell you that Pokiki is doing some waiting of her own. We'll see her tomorrow as she ventures through the forest and has to face some challenges in her journey. Who knows what memories will arise as she tells us her story.
